This 6-month long is an application based e-learning program with 6 modules. These modules are designed keeping in mind the following aspects:
- - Gain an understanding of the nature of general management and the role of the manager
- -Analyze and debate every issue from a different point of view of– HR manager, Marketing manager, Operations manager and an Entrepreneur.
- -Enhance ones ability to identify business problems, explore the possibilities and develop solutions in innovative ways and hone ones analytic, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
-Application based and effective learning methods for each subject, in order to maximize ones knowledge and bring concepts to life.
-Learning through live business projects, simulations, role-playing scenarios and case studies, as well as by interacting with students from different countries.
In addition to the above, this course will have two modules dedicated to Marketing and Brand Building only, with specific case study and critical thinking processes. Refer to the course syllabus for more details.
